Thomas Brady Ruffin is a storyteller, strategist, and solution-seeker with a knack for elevating visionary voices and having some fun along the way.
In 2022, Brady launched RUFFHAUS, a creative communications firm that helped nonprofits, clean energy leaders, and even the White House amplify their voices.
Throughout his decade of experience, Brady has honed his expertise in public relations, media strategy, and strategic communications while navigating everything from policy wins for the President and Vice President to clean energy deployment campaigns across 30+ states to multi-million dollar concerts.
Named one of Nashville's Top 30 Under 30 in 2024 and a member of the Nashville Young Leaders Council (Class 78) in 2022, Brady holds a Bachelor’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s in Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service.
In 2025, Brady took his talents to Amazon, where he leads communications for global events, helping to orchestrate initiatives that connect and inspire on a worldwide scale. His background spans event coordination, brand strategy, and creative direction, with experience across politics, clean energy, and entertainment.
Based in Nashville, Brady currently serves on the Nashville Pride Board of Directors and previously served as Chair of the Clinton School of Public Service Alumni Board.
In his downtime, Brady can be found sipping dirty martinis, diving into horror movies, and unapologetically defending every season of The Real Housewives. He shares his home — and likely his Spotify playlists— with his cat, Ashe.
